1. Why it doesn't light when i received it and turn on switch
Reply: Please use hand or clooth to cover solar panel, then you will see the light. As there is brightness senor inside of panel. Make use to use it when the panel is full of power.
2. No-power inside of panel during charging.
Reply: Open switch to "on" before charging.
3. Does the solar panel have water protection function?
Reply: Yes, also have cold protection. But you can not soak it inside of water.
4. Can i charge when there is no sunshine ?
Reply: Yes, but it will need more loger charging time compared to charge it under sunshine.
5. Do i need to tear down protection film on the solar panel
