1.How do you pack?
For small mesurement lights,we use only master carton.
For big lights,we pack in cartons first then use wood or iron frame to fix,there are several parts usually,we will mark in the packing list which ones are to be assembled together.
2.What is payment terms?How soon can you deliver?
For small amount orders,payment is done 100% by T/T,for other big mount orders,30% amount should be paid before production and the balance should be paid before shippment.
Delivery can be done in10-25 days after payment is confirmed.
3.What is your post-service policy?
We provide 1 year warranty for all products.
If there are any defaults,no matter it is caused by us or shipper,we will try our best to fix the problems for you.For most instant,it can be fixed if we offer instructions or accesorries.
