B. raw materials introduction:
1.The chip: Thanks to the support of upstream suppliers, all chip like CREE, HP, Osram,, GE, Seoul Semiconductor, Epistar, Krell and other international brands; according to the data tested, Mynice product light decline was controlled within 20% in the 3 years;
2. PCB circuit board: This series of products using glass fiber board or half fiber glass full fire retardant,  which can keep the products and the led itself from oxidation and corrosion and maintain voltage drop balance; 
3. wire: This series of products using copper wire with international standardards to ensure the current and voltage don't lose;
4. Outshell: this series of products shell used in all anti-UV, anti-static, anti-ultraviolet fire retardant  material. 

C. Technical Support: strong R & D team, based on applications, focusing on details, create more excellent third-generation light source. All the Mynice products were designed by the engineers which serviced the international renowned company' or in LED light source field at least 5 years. 

D. Quality control: a leading LED module test equipment for all raw materials is used to ensure the quality of raw materials; 2. in the module production process,  each worker check every module first, the teams full inspection, inspection sampling, all the finished goods will be totally inspected and all products at least 24 hours aging test, ensure LED products high quality.

Q1: Can I get some free samples?
A1: Yes, free samples are available for your test, with freight collect or prepaid by Paypal or Western Union. 
      
Q2: How can I test MYNICE LED modules?
A2: Connect the wire of modules to your own power supply whose output voltage should be DC12V or DC24V.If you do not have such a power supply, please ask us to provide with samples. Meanwhile, pls kindly note the +/- marks on the wire and connect to the +/- pole of power supply correctly. 
Q3: Do you also sell power supplies or extra connectors for MYNICE LED modules?
A3: Yes. But please make sure the power supply should allow some capacity to protect itself and modules with 20%~30% capacity unused, i.e. Power Input is 20%~30% more than the exact power consumption of modules connected to it.
Q4: Can I install the high power LED modules into outdoor advertising boards or use in opening conditions directly?
A4: Our modules' protection level is IP67, are suitable to be used in outdoor lights boxes, channel letters or carbines, but we suggest better not to be exposed to opening conditions avoid damages.
Q5: Do you accept OEM or ODM service?
A5: Yes. Lead time for ODM sample is around 3 days and for bulk order needs around 2 weeks.
Q6: Can we get a good price for your high power injection LED modules, as we are selling low power modules mostly at present?
A6: You can inform us your own present market demands, we can help you to learn more advantages of high power, such as lower cost for one square meter, lower installing charge, bright enough for thicker structures, and so on. Regard prices, we offer discounts based on order quantity.

Q8: What is the warranty for your injection LED modules with lens?
A8: We offer 5 years warranty for Cree or Osram LED, 3 years' warranty for Samsung, Epistar or Sanan LED injection modules with lens. If any product problems occurred during warranty, we take responsibility to send you replacements immediately.
